The Tim Hortons Cafe Renovation project, located in London, involved the transformation of an abandoned commercial property into a modern and inviting Tim Hortons cafe. Commissioned by a distinguished London-based architect, our task was to create detailed 3D models for both the existing and renovated phases, adhering to LOD 400 standards and Tim Hortons’ brand protocols. Challenges included meticulous attention to detail in meeting standards, incorporating a specified material palette, and representing the brand identity. Despite these challenges, our team successfully delivered accurate BIM models, precise quantity and schedule documentation, and realistic CGI renderings, facilitating efficient project planning and ensuring strict adherence to Tim Hortons’ brand standards. The completed project stands as a testament to our commitment to accuracy, standards adherence, and client satisfaction, resulting in a modern Tim Hortons cafe seamlessly integrated into the heart of London.
