Our firm Uniquescadd’s department of Architectural Services was engaged in a project involving 3D modelling and renovation of a historic building located in the suburbs of the Netherlands. The client’s primary objective was to create a detailed 3D model of the existing structure and subsequently implement design changes within this model. The 3D model would serve as a foundation for various purposes, including quantity take-off for renovation, facility management, and submission for Building Information Modelling (BIM) approval.
